This is my De"LICK"ious Raw Very Berry Ice Cream. If you love strawberries, blueberries and raspberries you will love this one.

My Mint Green Chocolate Chip ice cream sandwich. How the ice cream turned green...? It's a blend of natural blue and yellow food coloring and hint of shhh... I can't tell you...But I'll tell you this.... it's a super food!!! So that makes this Mint Ice cream #1 on my healthy list :)

This is the City of Fort Worth, Texas (aka Cow Town). Known for the best rodeos, leather boots, burgers, steaks, and calf fries. If you don't know what calf fries are then I'll tell you the truth...It is not chicken fried steak. Calf fries are the balls of a cow that has been floured and battered then deep fried. And ohhhh how can I forget.... May I have ranch sauce with this lovely dish pleazzz...? :) Yeah right.... Now that doesn't even sound good. That's just plain sad, and cruel. I hope that someday this city will be known as a cruelty free city. Then someday like California the State of Texas will be filled with Vegan and Raw Food Restaurants.

V-Friendly restaurants are growing more and more popular thanks to women and men who are not afraid to open an all vegan restaurant in meat eating state. I know that there are a ton of good veggie joints out here but been to a few. So I will have to give my props to Spiral Diner and Bliss Raw Cafe and making the best dishes. If you guys have not eaten at these restaurants I urge you to go now and "pig" out!!!

I've been a vegan for about seven years and the one thing I miss is ice cream.... :( I remember while growing up, that every Sunday my father would take my siblings and I out for ice cream. Oh how I miss those days. So I'm writing this blog to re-create those memories and share with you my raw and vegan ice creams. As I continue to work on making these creams perfect, someday I hope to distribute them around the state of Texas. Even better around the world!!! LOL Wow that would be awesome huh?! Then we would all have a chance to eat Vegan ice instead of hormone injected, allergy affecting, digestive problem, pimple causing, fattening Dairy Ice Cream!!!!
